A wedding reception menu at Olympic Lagoon Ayia Napa.

Minimum booking: 30 people. For a smaller group, the charge for 30 adults applies.

Cold display

• Smoked fish platter
• Traditional smoked hiromeri and lountza with seasonal fruit
• Dolmadakia stuffed with rice and herbs

Salads

• Traditional Cyprus village salad
• Rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, pomegranate, kefalotyri and croutons
• Roasted courgettes and aubergines with feta and oregano
• Pickled octopus with red onion and oregano
• Beetroot with coriander, garlic and mustard seeds
• Anari cheese with fresh tomatoes and basil

Dips and dressings

• Tzatziki, taramosalata and tahini
• Marinated black and green olives
• Thousand Island dressing
• Lemon and olive oil dressing
• Vinaigrette

Hot dishes

• Grilled pork pancetta marinated in red wine and coriander
• Grilled swordfish with parsley, oregano and lemon olive oil dressing
• Chicken souvlaki with yoghurt dip
• Deep-fried calamari with aioli
• Pan-roasted beef with mushroom and lemon garlic dressing
• Oven-baked moussaka
• Grilled halloumi and village sausages

• Pasta with tomato sauce and cheese
• Spaghetti bolognese with cheese
• Fish and chips
• Chicken tenders with fries and sweet honey Dijon mustard sauce
• Chicken nuggets with French fries and baked beans
• Jumbo hot dog with mustard or ketchup and French fries

Children’s dessert

The dessert offered in the adult’s banqueting menu, or ice cream.
